Do I need technical skills to use Fasly?
No. Signing up, creating courses and uploading lessons are simple steps, and you can start the same day.
How do students pay for a course?
For now, through access codes. You sell a code to your student however suits you both, cash, Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, then they enter it in your space and start right away. There is no online payment inside the platform yet.
Is my content protected from piracy?
We add several layers: a moving watermark with the student name and phone, one active session per student, a two-device limit, and short-lived protected video links. No platform can promise absolute protection, but these layers make leaks hard and traceable.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your space switches to read-only and nothing is deleted. Students cannot open lessons until you renew.
How many devices can a student use?
Two devices per student in each space, with one active session at a time. If a student changes phone, you can reset their devices from the dashboard.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet. You get a link like ahmed.fasly.com, and custom domains are on our roadmap.
How do I pay for my Fasly subscription?
After the free trial, you send the amount by InstaPay or bank transfer and our team activates your subscription. Payment instructions are in your dashboard.
